The Interstate Shellfish Sanitation Conference

The ISSC promotes shellfish sanitation by adopting guidelines set in the National Shellfish Sanitation Program, to regulate the harvest, processing and shipping of shellfish in the US.  This website contains Interstate Shellfish Sanitation Conference information,  meetings, training and shellfish information.

Administered by the NOAA, the Maryland  Sea Grant Program focuses on innovative marine research, education and outreach, with a strong concentration on Chesapeake Bay.

Washington Sea Grant Program

Administered by the NOAA, the Washington Sea Grant program conducts research, outreach and education on marine resources, industry and sciences.
